Hung up my call twice. Despicable customer service. I have 4 hot tubs and needed replacement parts for my rentals but they did not pay any regards to me. Wow.

I cannot believe the utter disrespect I received for customer service. I called 2 times and spoke to 2 different people asking about a clip I need for my hot tub and they hung up on me both times. They belittled me due to asking for a small thing and were probably racist after hearing my voice. I seriously cannot fathom how they literally hung up on me TWICE.

I left a review in the past giving this place and its owner Nick a five star, but now I don’t even believe he deserves a one star. Only reason I give it a one is because I can’t rate any lower. Nick in the beginning was awesome, but his customer service is awful. The spas come with a five year warranty and at these times when you need him the most he doesn’t return calls or answer text from his work or cell number. So don’t think that if he gives you his personal cell number that doesn’t mean a thing. Oh, and let’s not start with his service guy who doesn’t answer his phone or text either. These guys make a perfect pair. If you want a nice spa for good price but no warranty Nick is your guy at Spa Warehouse.
